Free next working day delivery with 1 hour time slot and text updates

  • You can order until 8pm Monday - Friday for free next working day delivery to nearly all of England and Wales. For locations further from our hub, our cut off is 5pm for free next working day delivery and for Isle of Man, Channel Isles, Scilly Isles, Shetland, Hebrides and Northern Ireland, we will try our hardest, but the free delivery service is likely to be an extra day. Please follow this link to see a map of delivery cut offs and times.
  • DHL have significant delivery delays in the following postcode areas, CF, BS, BA. We are therefore using DPD in these postcodes. This should guarantee next working day delivery but unfortunately the cut off for this is 5pm rather than 8pm.
  • There are additional delivery options on the one page check out including timed morning and weekend deliveries for most products (available until 5pm Monday - Friday).
  • We use a premium carrier to deliver all orders. For most orders the premium carrier notifies you of a one hour timed delivery slot, provides realtime tracking of your driver and sends text updates.

Returns info

No quibble returns if you change your mind

  • If you change your mind within 30 days of buying a tool, not a problem (assuming the tool has not been used and is in its original packaging) - email us at [email protected] or call us on 0333 004 3000 and we’ll arrange a collection. Once the tool is received back, we will refund the cost of the tool less a £6 collection charge.
  • If the tool is faulty within 30 days of buying it, we will arrange for its collection at no cost to you and supply a replacement.
  • If the tool is faulty after 30 days of buying it, and before the expiry of the manufacturer’s warranty, we will guide you through the manufacturer’s warranty process.
