The online power tool trade counter:

In addition to basic screwdrivers, more specialist variations are available including angle screwdrivers, drywall screwdrivers, TEK screwdrivers and, for rapid, continuous work, autofeed screwdrivers. Although similar in appearance, unlike a drill, they do not have a chuck but a dedicated screwdriving head.

  • 1/4' hex drive screwdrivers are broad use screwdrivers for screwing into wood, metal & plastics.
  • An angle screwdriver has a 90 degree angled head (most have a number of head positions) for getting into tight and awkward spaces. They are often used by cabinet makers & kitchen fitters.
  • Drywall screwdrivers have an adjustable depth stop. They are particularly useful for consistently screwing plasterboard lining to batons but can be used in a broad variety of other screwdriving applications.
  • TEK screwdrivers not only fix drywall screws, but also hexagonal headed screws into metalwork.
  • Autofeed screwdrivers use a magazine strip of screws for rapid fixing into wood & plasterboard for applications such as decking & flooring.
    • Please choose from the types of screwdrivers on the left & then we'll help you better match your needs. If you have a brand preference or know the power source you need, please select that too.
