Temporary change to 8pm cut off: we’re swearing about the A14 roadworks as they are affecting our reliability. Read more

The current nightly closure of the A14 from 8pm is making the journey our tools take from the warehouse to the courier hub longer and slower, so we have had to make a temporary change to our next working day cut-off from 8:00pm to 7:30pm.

We did look at every option—even sending the Howe Tools van on a late-night dash to the depot—but unfortunately this is our only option. We’ll be reviewing it weekly.
