Returns info

If you change your mind within 30 days of buying a tool, not a problem (assuming the tool has not been used and is in its original packaging) - call us on 0333 004 3000 or email us at [email protected] and we’ll contact you to arrange collection. Once the tool is received back, we will refund the cost of the tool less a £6 collection charge.
If the tool is faulty within 30 days of buying it, we will arrange for its collection at no cost to you and supply a replacement.
If the tool is faulty after 30 days of buying it, and before the expiry of the manufacturer’s warranty, we will guide you through the manufacturer’s warranty process.

Great engine, starts very easily as long as you give it choke to start and then turn it off. Collector is completely pointless as the volume of thatch coming off the lawn is massive. Wheels are a bit fragile for the weight of the product but overall a good piece of kit.

A very good product. Have used it initially and it has done a first class job. The wheels however are very very light weight. It will be interesting to see how they wear and last. Hopefully easily replaced in due course. Very large fuel tank. I have a large garden. Had to drain the fuel tank after doing the garden as I am unsure how much of an area you would have to scarify to empty a full fuel tank. Perhaps not a bad thing. Overall a good product....but time will tell.

This is a lightweight scarifier NOT for contract use but if your lawn over 50m2 is perfect for heavy domestic use and much much better than an electric one for the larger lawn. Good blade set, no problem with the engine so far and height adjustmet is good. The metal deck is thin steel so wan't take being banged aroud in a vehicle and the wheels are functional at best. But recommended as long as you get if for around £300.
